Hi all,
It's been awhile since I've been on here but I'm keeping up with the subjects. I wanted to ask if anyone has bought a Jolly Ball for their macaws? I bought one at the bird show and my birds so far just look at it and steal the nuts out of the inside that I've put in there to coax them to go inside. I was going to get an Atom but they don't seem too excited about a Jolly Ball so I don't know if I'm wasting my money. I bought them the largest Get A Grip I could buy and they seem to just want to play on that all time. I put the 3 of them out there and they just climb and swing and play hard like school kids. They are great to watch. I would recommend the Get A Grip to anyone. It builds such muscles and gives them a good workout. and then we take a walk after they've played hard and when they get inside they are ready to eat and nap in the afternoons. Let me know about the Jolly Ball, maybe if I put waded up paper in it they will go in for that to chew it up. It's a guess but what isn't when you own a parrot? lol
