Hey everybirdie,

It's that time of the year again, you can go to your local grocery store and find nuts that are in their shells. My birds are enjoying the walnuts and almonds. Don't forget that you can also freeze them in an air tight container for up to one year!!!!

Thanks Angie, yes finally for they were late this year. A great reminder as Angie said to freeze them for up to a year. This is the time of year we really stock up. Also for those who live in a remote area, always ask the grocer to ensure they are fresh. You don't want to buy old nuts!
