Hi everybirdie,

If you want to post a photo, first the photo needs to be published on the web some place for example at webshots photo album or something.

Next, simply copy the link to your photo and then when you get here you will want to click on the INSERT IMAGE button located up top in the "format" line. Just click on the button and this will come up
