The birds have been outside for the summer, but soon we will need to bring them inside to 'their' room (which doubles as the guest room).
I thought it might be a good time to do some painting and wondered about some kind of tropical designs on the wall. Somewhere I've seen transfers one can buy to use in this way, but darned if I can find them again. Has anyone done this or know a source of the transfers?
Also, are there any ideas about what colors parrots might prefer? We tend toward earthy/Mexican colors (terra cotta, rust red, strong blues, etc.) and I was thinking perhaps terra cotta walls and green foliage would be nice. Here's my inspiration: http://www.art.com/asp/sp-asp/_/PD--10076283/SP--A/IGID--795910/Parrots_with_a_View_I.htm?sOrig=CAT&sOrigID=4071&ui=807F46209F834EC4BD65C521FB8AC70D
Any ideas are welcome. I still have to convince hubby.
