we are having a surprise birthday party for my Military Dakota He will be 3 years old and doesn't have a clue about the party,,, It will be at Petco Saturday the tv & Newspaper crews will be there.. Petco nor anyone else here has ever heard of such... I will definately be expanding his world.. Several of his bird friends plan to attend.. I got all kinds of bird decorations and ordered a cake with his picture on it......
